I have a new favorite kitchen gadget. Well, ok, its not "new", but I haven't had it very long either. Last time Gin (VERY good friend from Iowa, first time appearing in my blog) came out to visit, we made our traditional trip to The Hill, St. Louis' "Little Italy". One of my finds on this particular trip was a new automatic pepper grinder, the Trudeau Gravity Battery Operated Grinder. I LOVE this grinder. The grinder itself is ceramic, and the grind is adjustable. I worried about it taking 6 AAA batteries, but they have held up well, and believe me, I use my grinder. I cannot recommend it enough. As a matter of fact, some of you shouldn't be surprised to receive one of these bad-boys for Christmas this year. :)
